Our beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef from Chevy Chase Farm. Our beef is always antibiotic-free and never contains added hormones. Our cows always roam free.
Please note:  The site is set up to purchase meat by the pound.  All meat is packaged indivudually.  Roasts average 2-3 pounds and brisquit averages 4 lb so make sure you do not order a pound of roast or we will have to send a pay link. We will refund you the difference, or you may owe us more.
