Please note: The site is set up to purchase meat by the pound. All meat is packaged individually. Roasts average 2-3 pounds and brisquit averages 4 lb so make sure you do not order a pound of roast or we will have to send a pay link. We will refund you the difference, or you may owe us more. Thanks.
